CHECK - IN
Scheduled to start at 2.00 pm.m.
If rooms are available on the day of arrival before the scheduled check-in time, they may be made available early.
CHECK - OUT
From 7.30 am to 11.00 am
If your departure is scheduled for before 7.30 am, payment must be made by 10.00 pm the day before.
A free luggage storage facility is available for those who need it.
PAYMENTS
We accept payments by VISA, MASTERCARD, PAGOBANCOMAT and CARTASI’ credit cards, as well as cash.
Bank and postal cheques are not accepted.
TOURIST TAX
The tourist tax is €3.50 for the main building (3-star rating) and €2.00 for the annexe (2-star rating).
These amounts are calculated per person per night and apply for a maximum of four nights per person per month.

EXTRA
Any additional charges, such as breakfast, drinks at the bar, etc., can be paid directly at the till or added to your room bill.
BIKE RENTAL
You can hire bicycles free of charge by completing the ‘liability waiver form’ available from the hotel reception.
BOOKINGS
To make a booking, we recommend using our online booking system to secure a competitive rate and benefit from free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival.
CHILDREN
Minors may only stay if accompanied by a parent or guardian, or if they provide a written declaration from their parents, accompanied by proof of identity.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation, notice must be given within the timeframes specified at the time of booking.
Otherwise, a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the first night’s stay will be charged, or any deposit paid will be retained.
