The magical tradition of Veronese Christmas returns to Verona in the new location in VIA PALLONE.
For the sixteenth consecutive year, the characteristic wooden houses of the Christmas Markets will be in Verona in collaboration with the “Christkindlmarkt” of Nuremberg; over 60 exhibitors will offer typical traditional handcrafted products such as glass, wood and ceramic decorations, many gift ideas as well as gastronomic specialties and delicious Christmas desserts.
Visiting the Christmas Market in Verona means diving into the magical tradition of Veronese Christmas; then immerse yourself in a fairy-tale atmosphere, where Juliet and Romeo, in this city of Love, can kiss under the mistletoe held with a firm hand by Dante.

Verona Opera Festival
Fondazione Arena di Verona looks to its new century of great music and entertainment by presenting the seasons of the next two years.
The year 2024 coincides with important anniversaries, not only for the history of the Arena: the first is the centenary of the death of Giacomo Puccini, the best-known and most represented opera composer in the world together with Verdi; slightly in advance of the exact anniversary, Fondazione Arena inaugurates the 101st Festival on Saturday 8 June with Turandot, paying homage to Puccini with his most spectacular and fairytale-like title in Franco Zeffirelli’s dream staging with Oscar Emi Wada‘s costumes.
