67 Columns for the Verona Arena

…a project that unites history and community

“67 Columns for the Verona Arena” is a fundraising project launched in 2021 with the goal of symbolically rebuilding the Arena’s outer walls, destroyed in the 1117 earthquake. This initiative transforms an ancient loss into a collective gesture, involving companies, entrepreneurs, and professionals in a great symbolic embrace around the monument.

Over the years, the project has become an international model of cultural patronage, growing beyond all expectations: in the first months of 2025 alone, it has already raised over €1.5 million, with an increasingly large and engaged membership.
The fifth edition opens with an evening dedicated to entrepreneurs that officially inaugurates the 2025 Arena Opera Festival.

Our membership: a commitment to Verona and its cultural identity

We are proud to announce that Albergo Fontana has officially joined the “67 Columns for the Verona Arena” project.
For us, this is a natural choice: we deeply believe in culture as a driver of growth, identity, and beauty for the city.
Participating means making a concrete contribution to the enhancement of a unique heritage and supporting an institution that brings excitement, work, and prestige to Verona every year.

With this membership, we want to strengthen our ties with our local area and offer our guests a stay that is not just a welcome, but also an active participation in the city’s cultural life.
